Here’s how we keep playtime safe for everyone:
General Safety Rules
- Entry allowed only for children within the designated age group (e.g., 1–12 years).
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Children must wear socks in the play area (no shoes or bare feet allowed).
- No sharp objects, jewellery, or loose accessories allowed inside.
- Food, drinks, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited inside play zones.
Play Equipment Usage
- Follow the play area’s staff instructions at all times.
- Use play structures only as intended (e.g., no climbing on the outside of slides).
- No rough play, pushing, shoving, or throwing of toys.
- Keep smaller toys away from toddlers to prevent choking hazards.
Health & Hygiene
- Children showing signs of illness (fever, cough, rash, contagious infections) will not be permitted.
- Hand sanitising before entering is mandatory.
- Play area will be sanitised regularly, but parents are encouraged to supervise their child’s hygiene.
Liability & Responsibility
- Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety and behaviour.
- In case of emergency or injury, inform the staff immediately.
Emergency Protocol
- First-aid assistance available on site.
- Emergency exit routes are clearly marked – parents should familiarise themselves before play starts.
- Fire safety equipment is maintained and staff are trained for evacuation procedures.
Important Note: Socks are mandatory for kids in play area. If you don’t bring one you can purchase a pair from us. It helps us in keeping the place hygienic and safe.
